Ready to order your business’ very own promotional products?  First we need your artwork.  Then your promoting fun begins!

Artwork Details

Send your artwork to sales@corporateimagebuilders.com.  The best file format to send is EPS (created in Illustrator 8.0 or higher).  The file should be high resolution VECTOR ART.  Vector art files provide the best reproduction quality allowing your images to be resized with no loss of clarity or detail.  It is important that all fonts be “outlined.”  This will protect the integrity of your artwork in case we do not carry your font(s).

If you zoom in on your art and the image become pixilated, then it isn’t vector art. A file in another format that is “saved as” an eps file will not work.  It must be created in the proper format.

Don’t worry if your art is not in the color you want.  Just tell us which imprint color(s) you want by description or PMS number.

You do not need to send your art in the exact size to fit the imprint area.  We will enlarge or reduce it as needed to fit the maximum imprint area unless you instruct us otherwise.

If the file is over 1 MB, please compress using Stuffit or Winzip.

Don’t have an eps file?  The next most acceptable format is tiff.  The file still needs to be high resolution (at least 300dpi) black and white vector art.

Don’t have either?  If you have a logo in another format (jpg or gif, for example), we can create your art in the correct vector art format.  We will be happy to quote your cost but, in general, figure $35.00 per logo.  If your “art” is a letterhead, business card, yellow pages ad, a photocopy or a hand drawn design, don’t despair!  We can still create your art in the correct format.  We will be glad to quote your price.

PMS color matching is available on many items.  An additional charge may apply.

*Our online ordering is very secure.  However, you may call our customer service department to order your promotional materials and give your credit card number over the phone if you prefer.

Order acknowledgement

All orders will be acknowledged via fax. This fax will include any set up charges or other costs not shown on our website.

If you are paying by credit card, the amount charged to your card will also be shown. Any over runs and freight charges will be charged to the credit card after the merchandise ships to you. This fax must be signed and returned before any production begins.

Production time

Normal production time is 2-3 weeks, but times vary from product to product.  Production time is based on business days (not including weekends).  Shipping time can vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Rush service is available on many products.  If you have a specific event date to meet, please call our office at 419-842-8442 for details and any applicable rush charges.

Over/Under Runs

Every effort is made to ship exact quantities.  However, we reserve the right to ship within 5% of the requested quantity.  Billing will be for the quantity shipped.
